1. Subject

This contract governs the sale of clothing, footwear, and accessory products through the mylumerya.com website, managed by Gaddi Isabella, a sole proprietorship based in Florence.

2. Prices and Taxes

All prices indicated on the website are expressed in Euros (€).

Note on tax regime: Gaddi Isabella operates under the flat-rate tax regime pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, of Law no. 190/2014 and subsequent amendments. Therefore:

"Operation carried out pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, of Law no. 190/2014 and subsequent amendments, flat-rate regime. The operation is not subject to VAT or withholding tax."

3. Shipping

Shipments are made to Italy and the countries indicated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 15–20 business days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout before order confirmation.

4. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold on mylumerya.com are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer has the right to repair, replacement of the product, or, in cases provided for by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (images, texts, logos, graphics) are the property of Gaddi Isabella or their respective owners and are protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

7. Applicable Law and Competent Court

This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the Court of Florence shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise in favor of the consumer.
