1. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of product receipt, without needing to provide any reason.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit communication before the 14-day deadline to:

The communication must include: first name and surname, order number, product(s) to be returned, and a statement of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal.
3. Conditions for Returns
Returned products must be:
- In original, unused, and undamaged condition
- With all original tags and labels still attached
- In the original packaging or equivalent packaging
Returns of products that have been clearly used, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or does not conform to the order.
5. Refund
Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the refund of the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In the event of a defective product or one that does not conform to the order, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or a full refund, including shipping costs. Contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@mylumerya.com, attaching photos of the defect and the order number.
